Frank has dedicated his professional career to Peczuh Printing & Paperbox, bringing extensive experience to his role as CEO. Starting from sweeping floors at an early age, he progressed to the pressroom and then onto sales, where he spearheaded the sales and marketing efforts for this family-owned print shop.

In 1994, Frank became President of Peczuh when his father ceremoniously handed over the reins at the family dinner table. Under his leadership, Peczuh Printing & Paperbox emerged as a leader in commercial printing. With his vision, the company expanded into folding carton, digital, and flexographic custom printing, establishing facilities in Price, UT, Lindon, UT, and Salt Lake City, UT, through strategic acquisitions and organic growth. Frank assumed responsibly as CEO in December 2023.

In 2023, Frank was inducted into the Printing Hall of Fame, honored for his contributions not only to the print industry but also to the communities in Utah. He recently retired (but not from print) after 40 years with the Price Volunteer Fire Department, showcasing his dedication to his community.

Tim Peczuh serves as the Vice President of Manufacturing at Peczuh Printing & Paperbox, overseeing production operations and scheduling across all manufacturing plants. With a deep commitment to operational excellence, Tim ensures that every project meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

A former volunteer firefighter with 30 years of service, Tim brings the same dedication and teamwork to his role in manufacturing, emphasizing collaboration and precision in every aspect of the job. His leadership has been a cornerstone in maintaining the company's reputation as an industry leader in printing and packaging solutions.

Paul serves as the President of Peczuh Printing & Paperbox, leading the company with a vision for innovation and operational excellence in the printing and packaging industry. Since joining Peczuh in 2022, Paul has driven initiatives that honor the company’s 62-year legacy while fostering innovation in equipment, processes, and team development.

Paul began his career in the printing industry, gaining hands-on experience in production before transitioning into sales. His natural leadership abilities and industry expertise propelled him to manage a global sales team, where he successfully built and nurtured international client relationships. This diverse career path has equipped him with a unique perspective that combines operational insight, customer focus, and strategic vision.
